Soalheiro Espumante Bruto was the first sparkling wine we produced in 1995. At that time, we were the first producer to make a 100% Alvarinho sparkling wine. This trend is now occurring in other parts of the Vinhos Verdes and Rias Baixas regions.

Alvarinho Brut Sparkling Wine is made using the classic method, undergoing secondary fermentation in the bottle.
